Springtime: Liberation Comes From Within The calendar says it is spring. Looking outside you see snow and feel winds that chill you to the bone. So where is spring? Maybe we need to turn our attention “inside” where the new possibilities wait for self-discovery and we need to liberate them from darkness so that they become the new beginnings. Spring the Mystery of New Beginnings hiding inside, Nature’s time of change and a reminder that we too are called to undergo this transformation and to mirror it in our lives. Spring is a time for renewal and self-discovery and a time to release old out-dated beliefs and life-styles. Why continue in this mind-set of emptiness, fragmentation, blame, shame, fear, rejection, unworthiness, capableness and powerlessness?  What can grow here? Moreover, these roots have lost their usefulness and it is time to dig them out! What seeds of new beginnings will you plant to grow into your wonder and rebirth you? Will you accept the call to co-create with Nature? Will you begin to awaken and honor that small voice that speaks within the silence of your heart? Will you believe in yourself and the power you hold as Master to transform your reality? Tarry no more! Mother Earth is calling you to plant your seeds in a world gone mad. Will you accept? Wash in the springs of your living truth and put on your garment of self-acceptance. Walk again in your uniqueness and move towards the Light that dissipates the darkness. Come let us celebrate together Mother Earth’s birthing and our own. Walk no more carrying the lies that others told you. Instead, embrace your own inner wisdom. Shed these beliefs and celebrate your freedom. You are of Divine origin living in a physical body. Honor the wonder of You. Yes, you have experienced trauma that created emotional imbalances and your soul became lost in the belief that you were unworthy. Instead, know that you hold a world of possibilities. Begin again and again to reclaim your rightful place and grow in your uniqueness. Viewing springtime as Nature’s cycle of transforming the old in you into the new gives birth to the process of becoming a fully realized human being. Here we are called again and again to co-create with Nature and transform the old out-dated mind-set into new beginnings towards wholeness.  May this poem rebirth your inner treasure. Title “The Treasure” from my book: Winter’s Mystery-Time To Go Within:Spiritual Journeying.               The Treasure Somewhere inside Lies a treasure Waiting to come forth Somewhere buried inside Waiting to become known Somewhere inside Hides a light Something inside Nudges it forth No need to fear the night It too guides the way Something inside Not outside Is ready to emerge Something inside calls Come forth ~by Paricia R. Autumn

Doorway to Winter

The seasons are changing and a new cycle of becoming is unfolding. Autumn's lessons of letting go opens the door into self-knowledge. Here we listen for the seeds of new beginnings and remain in the silence and emptiness of uncertainty. Winter's offers gifts in the darkness and bareness to discover the inner journey that leads towards wholeness. This journey requires courage and trust with a heart felt yes to grow to our fullest potential.

In our society today we separated the spiritual from the ordinary world. We lost our sense of Nature's unfolding motion and our connection to the quantum field. The material took the place of spirit and there is a inner longing for satisfaction that cannot be filled by having things.

We created from this separation: fragementation, disease, fear and war that adds greater separation from the spiritual and ordinary world. Bringing together harmony of these two worlds begins with an awareness that all is one. Every act of daily living is a connection to the sacred.

Whether, it be eating, sleeping, washing dishes, cleaning and cooking. Each one becomes the opportunities for uniting with the inner heart. Here is where we put the spiritual back into our everyday world.

We are spiritual beings living in a physical body. What a powerful concept! What prevents us from realizing this truth. Could it be our unconscious belief/s? You know, the chatter that runs around in our minds programed by language, society, religion, family, education and government. Could this be why it is so difficult to become a fully realized human being?

We are controlled by another's interest. This is why it is so dificult to consider that I am a spiritual beings living in a physical body. We can joined spirit and the world into a new relationship of connection and oneness. Here we have the power to make our decisions and not be controlled by another's interest getting us to perform in a certain way. Break out of the box and free yourself from this prison and learn what and who controls your motions.

Take some time to see yourself as more than your body. More than your mind. Image yourself filled with the power to transend any situation that holds you bound. Now you changed your consciousness and are filled with creative energy of possibilities that create your reality.

Now you are a spiritual being living in a physical body.

It is not an easy task to give attention to our conditioning, but with self-knowledge one can transform the mundane into a vibrant spiritual lifestyle by realizing what is the root cause of the separation from spirit, and finding a way to balance a life worth living.

To Your Freedom,

Patricia

What Is Emotional

Well-Being?

I feel that the hallmark for enhancing emotional well-being emerges whenever, I express my feelings in a positive way, and come to understand the why for their need to be, I learn new ways to validate myself and stop denying those parts of me that need expression, and show compassion and kindness to those wounded parts of myself that have been buried for years.

On the other hand, when I become overwrought or reactive instead of interactive then I am in a state of emotional imbalance. Here is the opportunity to go within to understand the “why” and “to feel” where in my body the sensation is buried. This action demands letting go of my needs and expectations. When I name the emotion, it loses

power.

This is the medicine for healing the emotional pain. Only when confronting my emotions of fear, loss, anger, frustration, separation, not being wanted, blame, shame, not being capable, rejection, and not worthy will I experience a sense of emotional freedom and come to offer compassion to those wounded parts of myself.

There was a time when someone would ask, ”how are you feeling, Patricia?” I wanted to smack them, because I was not in touch with my true feelings. I had not developed, nor did I know how to recognized the feelings that were buried inside.

It took many hours and even years of confronting the emotional pain. Feelings of frustration, anger, blame, inability, rejection, not being worthy, rejection, loss and victimization, just, to name a few were preventing me from living a more satisfying life. This unhealthy expression of emotional well being offered intense emotional pain and separated me from my wonder. The spiritual journey became the way for me to free myself.

When I began to realize that I had an unhealthy relationship with my feelings, I stopped blaming and judging others and myself. As I continued, to explore my inner world of emotions I became aware that these patterns of conditioned responses were learned from family, education, religion and society. More, I was taught to stuff my feelings, and it was not nice to become angry. Here I began to sense compassion for those buried emotions and explore ways to release them from their chains.

This learned emotional behavior created a victim consciousness that had to be unlearned. Journeying within offered the insights to set me free from the emotional pain. For me, correcting this process required many hours of inner work, and dealing with my feelings of fear, rejection, blame, unworthiness, just to name a few, was a tearing of all I had known.

Since, it was difficult for me to feel and name the emotions that was trapping me, I had to find a tool to guide me into this unfamiliar terrain. Writing psychology poetry became the map to touch the feelings and give them a name - the words set me free.

Next, after naming them I worked on feeling in my body where they were.  I found them hiding in my throat, stomach and spin chakra. I learned that these areas are energy vortexes that connect with my physical body. It was essential to open up these pathways

to bring forth a healthier me.

It was hard to pull off the cover and espouse them, but if I was to grow in wholeness I had no choice. It does no good to be the victim of ones own emotional/psychological traps. Being human carries many lessons to grow into our Divine Selves.

Here are guidelines for enhancing your emotional well-being:

  •   Offer kindness and compassion to yourself.
  •   Find ways to love and respect YOU.
  •   Feel your emotional pain and describe it.
  •   Take time to write, dance or draw your emotions
  •   Say what you feel.
  •   Be real with who you are.
  •  Gently dismiss forever the lies you have been told.
  •   Follow your heart.
  •   Believe in yourself.
  •   Be content in this moment and foritfy your strengths and accept your lininitations.

To your emotional well-being,

Patricia

As I wrote my first YA Paranormal/Time Travel/First Kiss romance novel entitled "I Kissed a Ghost" after retiring, and in fact, even before throughout my life I NEVER really fought with any emotions
which might have crept into my life. I've always merely let them in, responded in any way necessary, and then moved on with my life. And yet, after having self-published my first romance writing
endeavor I realized that emotions did come into play as I wrote it. During times in which I didn't seem to have a care in the world I wrote more than my mind had been in the midst of thinking about
something which might have just occurred in my life.

Emotions what we do with them, if fact, what would we do without, except having a totally boring life

PS I post my reply regarding EMOTIONS here, as I didn't see anything next to your above post.

Happy Spring time of rebirthing your wonder.

Today, on my walk I saw the first signs of spring. My heart was full of the rebirthing.

Winter, with its darkness and barenness leaves our souls open to begin again. You see there must be darkness if new life is to come forth. There is not one without the other.

We just learned to see them separate - they are one.

My book: "Winter's Mystery - Time to go within:Spiritual Journeying is a must for us to care for our soul. We hunger for the deeper meaning of why we are here. We try this or that and believe it will satisfy. It never does. There is always something else to take its place. Real satisfaction comes from the heart.

These poems and photographs speak to the soul's deep longing for connection and belonging. They share this journey of becoming. They open the door to our wonder.

Yes, we may find our hearts stir by the words and experience rebirth. We may understand the need that brought about the change from one of the poems that offered insight and released the blame and rejection.

I love to plant the seeds and watch their growth. It is such a mystry how the seed is changed into a tiny green seedling that with time becomes it true form. What amases me its that this seedling still is holding the shell that it came from. Interesting meaphore for holding on.

The photographs tell the story held within nature. Yes, winter with it's emptiness has much to offer. Have you ever notice the light in winter is much brighter and it radiates even more wonder when it hits the tress, they are on fire with greater charm. The sun sets, wth the setting sun that fills the night sky with colors beyond what any artist can create. Winter is a mystery for those who have eyes to see the essence of its gifts.

Yes, every season has it light and dark, the mystery is to open the door and discover its hidden mystery in our lives. Empowering ourselves with our wonder is the gift of winter. Traveling the journey of becoming is a life time that begins again and again.

The road always leads towards discovering the true self. The greatest satisfaction!

There can be no spring without winter!

What is this spiritual journey that is essential to sort out the misinformation and unrest we are experiencing. To begin we are under a great deal of stress and need tools to guide us to our inner knower who waits to offer the gifts in this dark night of our times. You know there is no light without the darkness and no darkness without the light. We have learned to see them separate, but they are one and the same. The best place to start the spiritual journey is being compassion with those wounded parts of ourselves. Then honor there present, they have something to offer. Being angry is just energy. What we need to address is where in the body we are feeling it. Then we need to name it and only then it loses power and no longer controls us. Replacing the anger with higher energy of forgiveness we move towards honoring the true self.

My spiritual coaching offers you freedom from the confusion and guides you towards understaning that there is nothing that needs to be fixed-only love and forgiveness are the medicine to heal you. I offer tools that assist you to see the root cause of your situation and come to understand the wonder of you. I provide a safe place to explore the inner world and the knownledge and experience to lead you through the darkness.

This spiritual journey requires courage and a willness to grow. I am here to offer you a roadmap that leads home to your true self.

creats an upheaval of changes that tears one apart and shatted hope. The good

news is that one arrives at the path of light and rebirths the Divine within.

To arrive at the path of light, the seeker leaves much behind in order to remove

the false self to embrace the true self. Much trust and courage is need for this

journey and an experienced guide who has been in this world where darkness

is king eating and drinking its food and imprisioned in its world. The light thst

burns within spurrs the journeyer on.
